Let’s Make Egg Bites - Four Ways!

Broccoli and Cheddar Egg Bites

Ingredients:

  • Two Eggs

  • 1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Broccoli

  • Two Tablespoons Cheddar Cheese Shreds

  • Two Tablespoons Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika


How To Make Them:

Start by finely chopping your Broccoli, add that into a bowl with your Eggs, Cheddar Cheese shreds, Garlic Powder, Paprika and Almond Milk. Mix everything together then pour mixture into mini muffin tray. Bake at 365 degrees for 8-10 minutes and they are all done! To reheat these wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds (May need more time if reheating many at once).

 

Spinach and Mozzarella Egg Bites

Ingredients:

  • Two Eggs

  • 1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Spinach

  • Two Tablespoons Mozzarella Cheese Shreds

  • Two Tablespoons Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika


How To Make Them:

Start by finely chopping your Spinach, add that into a bowl with your Eggs, Spinach, Mozzarella Cheese shreds, Garlic Powder, Paprika and Almond Milk. Mix everything together then pour mixture into mini muffin tray. Bake at 365 degrees for 8-10 minutes and they are all done! Tomato & Red Pepper Egg Bites

Ingredients:

  • Two Eggs

  • Two Tablespoons Diced Red Pepper

  • Two Tablespoons Diced Tomato

  • Two Tablespoons Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika


How To Make Them:

Start by finely dicing your Red Pepper and your Tomato. Add those into a bowl with your Eggs, Garlic Powder, Paprika and Almond Milk. Mix everything together then pour mixture into mini muffin tray. Bake at 365 degrees for 8-10 minutes and they are all done! To reheat these wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds (May need more time if reheating many at once).

 

Hash Brown Egg Bites

Ingredients:

  • Two Eggs

  • 1/2 Russett Potato

  • Two Tablespoons Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika


How To Make Them:

Start by peeling and grating half of a Potato. Add that into a bowl with your Eggs, Garlic Powder, Paprika and Almond Milk. Mix everything together then pour mixture into mini muffin tray. Bake at 365 degrees for 8-10 minutes and they are all done! To reheat these wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds (May need more time if reheating many at once).
