Let’s Make Egg Bites - Four Ways!
Broccoli and Cheddar Egg Bites
Ingredients:
Two Eggs
1/3 Cup Finely Chopped Broccoli
Two Tablespoons Cheddar Cheese Shreds
Two Tablespoons Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
How To Make Them:
Start by finely chopping your Broccoli, add that into a bowl with your Eggs, Cheddar Cheese shreds, Garlic Powder, Paprika and Almond Milk. Mix everything together then pour mixture into mini muffin tray. Bake at 365 degrees for 8-10 minutes and they are all done! To reheat these wrap them in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30-60 seconds (May need more time if reheating many at once).
Spinach and Mozzarella Egg Bites
Ingredients:
Two Eggs

Two Tablespoons Mozzarella Cheese Shreds

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

Two Tablespoons Diced Tomato

1/2 Teaspoon Paprika

Start by finely dicing your Red Pepper and your Tomato. Add those into a bowl with your Eggs, Garlic Powder, Paprika and Almond Milk. Mix everything together then pour mixture into mini muffin tray. Hash Brown Egg Bites
Ingredients:
Two Eggs
1/2 Russett Potato
Two Tablespoons Unsweetened Plain Almond Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
