Let’s Make Some Banana Bread Cookies!
My son has been loving these lately, I think this might be his favorite treat at the moment. These are super soft and gooey cookies and they are great as is but would be delicious with some added mini Chocolate Chips. I love that this cookie isn’t too sweet with only two tablespoons of Brown Sugar added plus the texture is super easy for your little one to enjoy. If your little one loves Bananas as much as mine does I think they will really like these cookies! Keep reading for the full recipe!
Ingredients:
Two Ripe Banana
One Cup Flour
Two Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Two Tablespoons Brown Sugar
One Teaspoon Baking Powder
Two Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1/3 Cup Milk of Choice
How to Make Them:
Start by preheating your oven to 350 degree’s Fahrenheit. Next in a bowl mash your two ripe Bananas. Then mix in two tablespoons of Brown Sugar and two tablespoons of Maple Syrup. Once mixed add in the rest of your ingredients.
Portion cookies using a cookie dough scooper, add to an oiled baking sheet then bake for 12-15 minutes. Once baked, let set for 5 minutes then enjoy!
