Let’s Make Some Cheesy Garlic Knots!

These knots are such a yummy savory side dish or snack that your entire family will love and they are so much easier to make than you think! Bennett absolutely loved these and they went so well with our pasta night. Keep reading to see how I made them!

Ingredients:

* 2 1/2 Cups Flour

* Two Teaspoons Dry Active Yeast

* One Teaspoon Sugar

* One Cup Warm Water

* Three Tablespoons Olive Oil

* One Cup Mozzarella Cheese

* 1/3 Cup Parmesan Cheese

* 1/3 Cup Melted Butter

* One Teaspoon Garlic Powder

* One Teaspoon Parsley

How to Make Them:

Preheat Oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl combine dry active yeast, warm water, and sugar. Mix and set aside for ten minutes.

Add three tablespoons of olive oil then slowly add in your flour. Mix until shaggy dough ball forms, knead until smooth then place into an oiled bowl and cover for 30 minutes.

Place dough onto a floured surface and roll into a thin sheet. Use a pizza cutter to cut into dough strips.

Place shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough strip and pinch the dough surrounding the cheese until you form a rope shape.

Tie into a knot and cut excess. Continue with the rest of the dough. Place knots into 8 x 8 baking dish. In a bowl melt butter and mix in garlic powder and parsley. Pour mixture over knots. Bake for 20-25 minutes and enjoy!
