Let’s Make Some Cinnamon Banana Pancake Dippers!
Mornings are always busy in my house and I love breakfasts that are easy to put together but also breakfasts that I know Bennett is going to love. These dippers are so easy and always a hit with Bennett, their sweet taste and soft texture makes them perfect for toddlers who don’t have all their teeth yet. If your little one likes banana these will definitely be a hit!
Ingredients:
4 Bananas
1.5 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
3 Tablespoons of (Coconut) Sugar
Pinch of Salt
1 1/4 Cup (Almond) Milk
1/4 Cup Oil or Melted Butter
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Nutmeg
How to Make Them:
First start by combining the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a large bowl. In another bowl combine the milk, oil, egg, vanilla extract, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine the wet and dry ingredients.
Peel each banana and then cut them into four long pieces. Dip the banana pieces into the batter and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Let cool and enjoy!
