Let’s Make Some Fruity Pancake Bites!
Because everything taste better when it’s bite sized right? I love making breakfast recipes if you couldn’t tell by the many breakfast recipes that I have on my blog. These little pancake bites are awesome, they are so easy to make, super healthy and my little guy absolutely loves them. These little pancake bites can be customized to your little ones favorite foods I like to use strawberries and blueberries and mine but you can use any fruit that your little one enjoys. This recipe is also completely vegan so no dairy and no eggs which means I can enjoy some too.
Ingredients:
One Cup Oat Flour
One Teaspoon Baking Powder
One Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Milk of Choice
1/4 Cup Applesauce or One Egg
One Cup of Chopped Fruit
How to Make Them:
Start by preheating your oven to 365 degrees Fahrenheit. Next we can chop up our fruit of choice (we love using strawberries and blueberries). Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Spray your mini muffin pan with non-stick spray and add batter to molds. These can go into the oven for 15 to 18 minutes. Hope your little one likes them! These save great in the freezer, to reheat just microwave for 30-60 seconds!
