Let’s Make Some Meatballs!
I love having quick and easy Protein sources available for Bennett and this is the perfect recipe for that! This recipe is simple with minimal ingredients and they save great in the freezer so you can keep them for longer. I love meals like these for extra busy days when I don’t have time to cook. Bennett absolutely loves these with some Tomato Sauce and a little bit of Parmesan cheese!
Ingredients:
One Pound Ground Beef
Two Teaspoons of Garlic
One Teaspoon of Oregano
Two Eggs
1/2 Cup of Breadcrumbs
One Teaspoon of Paprika
How to Make them:
Let’s start by pre-heating our oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Now let’s add all of our Beef, Egg, and Spices to the food processor and let it blend together until thoroughly combined. Once blended, add in the Breadcrumbs. Now you can use your hands or a cookie scoop to form meatballs and place onto an oiled baking sheet. These will go into the oven at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes flipping them over halfway through and they are all done!
