Let’s Make Some Peanut Butter Banana Donuts!
Last Donut recipe for a while I promise but these Peanut Butter Banana Donuts are so easy to make and Bennett can’t eat them fast enough. I think that Peanut Butter and Banana has to be one of the best food and flavor combinations there is so I was so excited to make a recipe featuring these two super yummy flavors. I love that this recipe has minimal ingredients, and it has lots of vitamins and nutrients from the Banana but they also have some Protein from the Peanut Butter which I love. Bennett is also a Peanut Butter addict so he will eat just about anything if it involves Peanut Butter. Don’t have a donut pan? Try making these into Pancakes!
Ingredients:
One Cup Flour
One Teaspoon Baking Soda
Two Ripe Bananas
½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
¼ Cup Milk of Choice
One Egg or ¼ Cup Applesauce
One Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
How to Make Them:
Start by preheating your Oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit. Now let’s mash two ripe Bananas in a large bowl. Next add in a quarter cup of Milk (I prefer Almond or Coconut Milk), One Egg, One teaspoon of Vanilla Extract, and one teaspoon of Baking Powder. Mixing that together then adding in one cup of Creamy Peanut Butter and One Cup of Flour.
Add the batter into an oiled donut pan (I highly recommend a silicone donut pan, let me know if you want a link to mine!). Cook these for about 15-18 minutes in the oven, let cool and enjoy!
