Let’s Make Some Peanut Butter Muffins!
This recipe is super easy and these muffins contain no flour! I love snack recipes like this one because they have lots of Protein in them from the Eggs and the Peanut Butter. I made these as mini muffins but you can make them as a normal muffin size just make sure you cook them for about five minutes longer. Keep reading for the recipe!
Ingredients:
One Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Two Bananas
One Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
One Tablespoon Coconut Sugar
Two Eggs
1/4 Cup of Maple Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder
How to Make Them:
Add all of your ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a blender or food processor and blend until the batter is creamy and smooth.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake these mini muffins for about 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
