Let’s Make Some Strawberry Coconut Bliss Balls!
Easiest recipe ever and these are such a tasty snack. My little guy absolutely loves Fruit so I love finding ways to incorporate Fruit into recipes with a little more substance. This recipe takes less than five minutes to make and my little guy devours them every time. Strawberries are a very nutritious Fruit with a good amount of Vitamin C. These have been a snack time favorite for Bennett but these would also make a great addition for Breakfast. Is your little one obsessed with Fruit like mine is? Do you think they would love this recipe? 🍓🥥
Ingredients:
One Pound Fresh Strawberries
One Cup Sweetened Coconut
Two 1/2 Cups of Oats
Two Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Half Cup Blended Coconut
How To Make Them:
Wash your Strawberries and cut off the tops. Place the Strawberries into a Food Processor along with the rest of your ingredients. Blend ingredients together for about 10 seconds, then scrap the mixture back into the center of the food processor and blend again for about 20 seconds. Take a cookie dough scoop to scoop out the Strawberry mixture. Roll into a ball with your hands. Once rolled let set in the freezer for 10 minutes. During that 10 minutes blend about a cup of coconut. Roll the Strawberry Ball into the blended Coconut. Let set in the fridge for another 20 minutes and Enjoy!
