Let’s Make Some Watermelon and Lime Sorbet!
It is getting hotter out and I really wanted to make Bennett a cold refreshing treat. Not only is this great for hot days but it’s also perfect for my teething toddler! With only four ingredients it is definitely one of the easiest recipes and one your little one will love! Please remember to not give honey to your little one if they are younger than one year old.
Ingredients:
Half a Watermelon Cubed
2/3 Cup Coconut or Almond Milk
Juice from One Lime
Two Tablespoons Honey
Optional: 1/2 Teaspoon Lime Zest
How to Make It:
Start by cubing half a watermelon, add the watermelon cubes into a Tupperware and put it into the freezer for 4-6 hours. Once frozen, place watermelon into a food processor with the coconut milk, lime juice, honey and lime zest.
Add more coconut milk if needed, blend until consistency is smooth. Be sure to remove all black seeds. Scoop and enjoy!
