Three Easy No-Bake Recipes!
Strawberry Cheesecake Bites:
Ingredients:
One Pound of Strawberries
¼ Cup Powdered Sugar
One Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
One Teaspoon Maple Syrup
One Graham Cracker
4 Ounces of Cream Cheese
How to Make Them:
In a large bowl combine the Powdered Sugar, Vanilla Extract, Maple Syrup and Cream Cheese. Set aside and wash your Strawberries then carefully remove the tops of the Strawberries and core out the middle. Pipe the Cheesecake mixture into your hollowed Strawberries, dip in crushed Graham Crackers and enjoy!

No Bake Coconut Cookies:
Ingredients:
One Cup of Blended Coconut Flakes
1/3 Cup of Maple Syrup
3/8 Cup of Coconut Oil
3 Tablespoons of Coconut Milk
½ Cup of Chocolate Chips
One Teaspoon of Coconut Oil
How to Make Them:
In a large bowl combine the blended Coconut, Maple Syrup, Coconut Milk, and 3/8 Cup of Coconut Oil. Once combined use a cookie dough scoop or a tablespoon measurer to form the cookies. Let the cookies set in the fridge for about 10 minutes. To make the dipping chocolate combine the Chocolate Chips with ones teaspoon of Coconut Oil, microwave for 45-60 seconds and mix until the chocolate chips are completely melted. Dip the cookies in melted chocolate about half way and let set in the fridge for another ten minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.

Lemon Coconut Balls:
Ingredients:
One Cup Almonds
One Cup Pitted Dates
1/3 Cup Coconut Flakes
½ Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
Zest and Juice from one Lemon
How to Make Them:
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blend thoroughly making sure there are no large chunks of Almond left. Once blended, use a cookie dough scoop to form the balls and enjoy!
